Meet Astro, our new virtual assistant for outpatient appointments

We understand how challenging it can sometimes be to reach our appointment booking team by phone, especially with the high number of calls we receive.

That’s why we’ve introduced Astro – our new virtual assistant. This innovative tool uses digital technology to provide answers to many of your questions about our outpatient appointment services.

You can use Astro 24 hours a day, seven days a week – you do not need to wait until our phone lines are open.
