GP referrals

Please use NHS e-Referrals to make a two week wait cancer referral to our cancer services. Be sure to attach the patient’s referral letter within NHS e-Referrals to ensure our team books a clinically appropriate appointment for your patient.

To help us provide an efficient and timely service to patients referred under the two week wait rule, we ask that GPs ensure that patients referred via this pathway are aware of the urgency and reason for their referral, and are available and willing to attend an appointment within two weeks.

Secondary care

Secondary care referrers should contact our MDT coordinators directly to refer patients. Alternatively, contact the Macmillan cancer navigators and they will direct to specific pathways.
