My transplant is not working well - what next?

Many patients will need more than one transplant in their lives for health and well-being.  

 

We have a bridging clinic within the kidney transplant clinic at Hammersmith Hospital led by doctors and clinical nurse specialists who are trained in: 

 

We want to protect your kidney transplant function for as long as possible to remain well. When it is no longer doing that, we will share a plan with you for another kidney transplant, dialysis or supportive care.
