Charing Cross hospital ICU
The intensive care unit at CXH is a 24 bedded unit based on the 11th Floor of the Tower Block. It is spread across the North, West and South Wings.

- 11 West on 020 331 11974
Someone should be able to put you through to the nurse looking after your loved one.
Also, you may be given numbers directly to the bed space to call and ask for an update.
- You can feel free to call at any time except 0800-0930 and 2000-2130 during which handover takes place.
- We would really appreciate if these phone calls are made by the nominated NOK and the information is relayed to the other members of family.
- We also have arrangements for video-calling with your loved ones. Please speak to a member of staff for more information.

Each patient on ICU is looked after by ICU nurses who are highly skilled in caring for very unwell patients and ensure that patients receive the complex treatments provided on ICU.
