The Job
The pathway coordinator is the point of contact for all administrative issues relating to patients’ pathway of care from referral to discharge. The pathway coordinator works as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the entire patient pathway is managed smoothly.
Requirements
You will learn and develop on the job, we expect you to have good literacy, numeracy skills. We expect some knowledge of the NHS and its systems, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 12 months NHS experience.

In order to be successful in this role you will be:
- focused on providing a high level of service to patients and healthcare professionals
- able to follow procedures and guidelines
- able to communicate clearly and confidently with internal and external contacts as well as patients and their relatives and carers
Your development
You will complete a Customer Service Level 3 apprenticeship including an AMSPAR qualification.
