How to pay online

More in this section

You can use our secure portal to make full or partial payments with all major debit and credit cards, excluding American Express.

The patient portal is available to current private care patients at Imperial College Healthcare, who have a UK mobile number and email address registered with us.

As a registered patient, you can access the patient portal to:

  • See details of upcoming private appointments including date, time and location
  • Make secure online deposit payments for upcoming treatment
  • View and download self-pay invoices
  • Make secure online payments for any outstanding self-pay balances

Registration

You will need your unique patient ID number to register on the portal. You should receive an invite email from the booking team when you register with Imperial College Healthcare Private Care. Please note, you will not be able to register with your hospital or NHS number.

To register, click on the link in the invite email and complete your details.

You will then receive a text message containing a 5-digit code which you will need to complete the registration process.

If you do not receive a code, you can request another code by selecting the 'I did not receive a code' button.

If you can’t find your invite email or have any problems with the registration process, please contact the outpatient team using the email addresses below and they will assist you.
