Imperial Health Knowledge Bank
The Imperial Health Knowledge Bank, led by Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, aims to build a database people who are keen to join future research studies about their health condition. If you are interested, you can also agree to let us store samples from your body for research and teaching medical professionals about different health problems.
Patient transport
For some individuals, reaching the hospital can pose challenges due to their clinical condition or limited mobility. Following the Department of Health's guidelines, we offer a non-emergency transport service to assist patients who require support to reach the hospital.
Bereavement services
Our bereavement service provides personalised one-to-one support for relatives and close ones of patients who have passed away in our hospitals.
Chaplaincy and faith services
Our chaplaincy team provides confidential religious, spiritual, and pastoral care to patients, visitors, and staff at our five hospital sites. Available during regular hours and offering a 24/7 urgent out-of-hours on-call service, they offer support during times of illness, uncertainty, and change.
Overseas patients
Our overseas office assesses eligibility for free NHS treatment for patients from abroad. While access to immediately necessary, urgent care, or maternity services is not denied based on ability to pay, charges may apply for non-residents.
