GP and hospital forum

The GP and hospital forum offers a collaborative and coordinated approach to responding to primary care concerns for GPs who refer into Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. The forum is a virtual meeting space and this dedicated page is to share relevant documents with GP colleagues.

The meetings take place from 13:00 – 14:00 on Microsoft Teams. This year’s dates are as follows (all are Wednesdays):

• 16 July
• 27 August
• 8 October
• 19 November

We will send out Outlook calendar invites shortly to all GPs on our mailing list. If you know of any colleagues who would like to attend who may not be included already, please contact us at gpliaison.imperial@nhs.net.

January's forum

Our most recent forum, on Wednesday 29 January, focused on the latest outputs from our outpatient improvement programme plus an overview of our ‘system interface’ programme, part of a national initiative that aims to improve ways of working across primary and secondary care.
