Background
Dr Christina George is a consultant dermatologist working at Charing Cross Hospital. She trained at UCL Medical School, undertaking an intercalated BSc degree in Clinical Sciences with First Class honours. She has also been awarded a distinction in a Clinical Dermatology postgraduate diploma at Queen Mary University of London.
Dr George completed her dermatology specialist training at leading teaching hospitals in London. She has presented her work at international academic meetings, and has authored publications in a number of high impact medical journals. She has won numerous awards for her research and presentations in the field of dermatology.
She has a special interest in eczema, and leads the severe eczema service at Imperial. She also enjoys medical education, and is the undergraduate lead for year 5 dermatology at Imperial College Medical School.
