Background

Professor Charles Pusey is a professor of medicine and the head of the renal and vascular inflammation section in the department of medicine at Imperial College, London. He is also an honorary consultant physician in the directorate of renal medicine and transplantation at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.

He qualified in medicine from Cambridge University and Guy's Hospital, London, and trained in renal medicine in the Royal Air Force and at the Royal Postgraduate Medical School, Hammersmith Hospital.
