Widening participation to medicine - an Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust initiative
A diverse group of doctors and healthcare professionals improves patient care and strengthens our teams.
We are committed to collaborating with students, families, schools and universities to build a healthcare workforce that reflects the diversity of the communities it serves.
Recognising that not all students have equal access to resources necessary for medical school admission, we have developed a 'Getting into Medicine' Programme which is open to everyone, and provides additional support those who need it.

ICSM outreach society
ICSM Vision runs three large conferences every year, consisting of inspirational talks, tutorials, and practical workshops delivered by practising doctors and medical student volunteers.
