The Chair will invite questions at the end of the meeting. It would help us to provide a full answer if you could forward your questions in advance to lnwh-tr.trustsecretary@nhs.net but this is not a requirement, you can ask new questions on the day.

Any questions that are submitted in writing but due to time are not addressed in the meeting, will be answered in writing on the Acute Provider Collaborative’s website.
