Georgina Williams

Background

Miss Georgina Williams became a consultant plastic surgeon at Imperial in 2022.

Georgina graduated with a first class degree, in the top 1% of her class, from the University of Brimingham Medical School, with an intercalated degree in neuroscience for which she also earned first class honours.

Georgina’s training has been predominantly at London hospitals including Chelsea and Westminster, St Mary’s, Charing Cross and St George’s. She undertook Core Surgical training at the John Radcliffe in Oxford.

Georgina became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (Plast) in 2018. She earned a place on both the prestigious St Mary’s and Charing Cross Hospital Reconstruction fellowships. Georgina has also undertaken aesthetic training at the London Clinic and The Cromwell Hospital amongst other London hospitals.

Georgina has undertaken a number of international observerships. These have included at University Hospital Tokyo, Memorial Sloan Kettering New York, University of Philadelphia Medical Centre including to Japan, the United States, Sweden and Italy. Georgina is dual qualified, having a licence to practice medicine in the United States.

Georgina has a specialist interest in autologous breast microsurgical reconstruction and head and neck reconstruction using free tissue transfer.

Within the sphere of cosmetic surgery, she has an interest in all elements of facial rejuvenation as well as breast and body aesthetic surgery.
